Chidiebere Ukandu is a Manager at the New York office of EY’s Transactions Tax Group providing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) buy-side and sell-side services. Chidi has advised private equity and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, including tax due diligence projects, vendor assist projects, providing acquisition/ disposition tax structuring advice, consulting on contractual matters, and engaging in pre- and post-close transitional planning. Chidi holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in taxation from the New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nigeria.
