She worked from the São Paulo office and served as Head of the Rio de Janeiro and Brasília regional units, where she led tax litigation teams and ensured strategic consistency across offices. Her expertise spans participation in tax-related anti-corruption investigations, and advisory on fiscal policy compliance for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) operations. She also developed tax policy strategies that influenced municipal and federal regulations in Brazil.
Renata holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University in Brazil. She also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Taxation Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo in Brazil. She further holds a Master in European Studies (MES) degree from the Luis Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy, where her research thesis focused on EU Green Bonds as instruments of sustainable fiscal policy.
