Oyindamola Agu is a Manager (Tax & Legal Services) focusing on business tax at Deloitte Canada. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager in the Tax & Regulatory Services of Deloitte Nigeria. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an accomplished Chartered Tax Practitioner with over fifteen (15) years of extensive cognate experience in tax and regulatory practice, including business tax with special focus on the financial services industry, transfer pricing, global information reporting (Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI)-Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) compliance). Her significant experience in global business taxation and accounting practice spans critical areas like International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), international taxation, corporate tax, account management, audit and assurance, financial statements, risk assessment, indirect tax, private client and wealth management, transfer pricing strategy, project management, business development, people and business management, tax accounting, financial accounting, and performance management.

Oyindamola holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting from Covenant University in Nigeria and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance (focusing on Financial Sector Management) from the University of London in the United Kingdom. She holds memberships of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). She is currently enrolled in the In-depth Tax Course, Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) Canada (Part 1) program.
