Oyindamola Adeshalewa Adekoya is a highly motivated accounting professional with a strong passion for taxation and finance. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting from Babcock University in Nigeria and is particularly interested in general corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax controversy. She is committed to deepening her expertise in these areas to enhance compliance, efficiency, and strategic tax planning for businesses. During her time at Babcock University, Oyindamola actively engaged in leadership and advocacy activities that drove impact. She was the General Secretary of the Babcock University Tax Club, where she played a key role in organizing events, fostering discussions on taxation, and promoting tax education among students. She also served as a Cowrywise Ambassador, where she championed financial literacy initiatives, educating her peers on wealth management and financial planning options.
Her recent admission to the inaugural cycle of the Emmanuel Onyeabor Tax Initiative (EOTI) Professional Graduate Tax Mentorship Program further reflects her dedication to professional growth in taxation. Additionally, as a volunteer Human Resources Officer for the People & Culture Team at EOTI, Oyindamola actively contributes to advancing the field of tax through positive and inclusive workplace culture efforts that promote healthy collaboration amongst members at EOTI, allowing them to effectively engage with stakeholders and efficiently support EOTI’s tax advancement activities.
