Lilian is an Associate at Olaniwun Ajayi LP in Lagos, Nigeria – one of Africa’s top-tier full-service commercial law firms, where she advises on several market-shaping and policy-defining transactions. She benefits from various practical exposures to legal and tax practice, including internship stints at leading Nigerian law firms like Banwo & Ighodalo, where she gained valuable exposure to the practical intricacies of taxation law and policy.
