Kudirat Opeyemi Tiamiyu is a highly motivated penultimate student of Management and Accounting at the Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria (OAU). She is passionate about taxation and finance and is committed to building a career in tax advisory and financial control. Kudirat has exceptional academic and leadership skills. She is an Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) prize winner, having emerged the overall best student in Taxation for ATS 3. This demonstrates her commitment to academic excellence, impactful leadership, and effective communication skills. She has volunteered for high-impact events such as the Ife Accounting Summit (IAS) on campus at OAU, where she significantly contributed to the success of these initiatives.

Kudirat is passionate about continuous learning and professional development in taxation and finance. She actively seeks out opportunities to gain deeper insights into tax-related matters. An active member of the OAU Tax Club, Kudirat contributes meaningfully to the advancement of the field of tax on campus by participating in the facilitation of tax awareness, discourse, and fellowship amongst students. She brings a proactive approach to problem solving, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully to the development of the tax profession. She is committed to applying the knowledge and skills gained from her internship program at Emmanuel Onyeabor Tax Initiative (EOTI) to add value to the development of tax awareness in developing and emerging economies, improve fiscal processes, and contribute meaningfully to the overall growth and success of dynamic organizations.
