Faith Ndubuisi is an Associate in the Tax & Regulatory Services of Forvis Mazars in Lagos, Nigeria, where she advises on various tax structuring transactions. With growing expertise in finance, taxation, and strategic management, she is committed to delivering excellence in professional services. Faith holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accountancy with First Class Honours from the University of Nigeria (UNN), where she made history as the first female President of the UNN Tax Club. In this role, she steered the UNN Tax Club towards achieving remarkable financial growth and sustainability. She also served as the Vice President of Certified Accountancy Students, Auditors, and Consultants and the National Assistant Secretary-General of the Association of Nigerian Taxation Students (ANTAS). These experiences significantly developed her skills in taxation, auditing, and financial management.

Beyond her fast-emerging expertise in accounting and finance practice, Faith has built a distinguished career as an event host and compere. She has successfully anchored high-profile events, including government functions, corporate engagements, and social impact initiatives, earning widespread recognition for her eloquence, poise, and professionalism. Faith is also the founder of The Star in You, an initiative focused on empowering young people – especially girls – through mentorship, education, and leadership development. She spearheaded a major school outreach for the International Day of the Girl Child and continues to champion initiatives that drive meaningful impact.

As a Productivity Strategist, Faith is passionate about maximizing potential, fostering resilience, and helping individuals and organizations achieve excellence. She actively supports Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education) and 5 (Gender Equality), ensuring that young people are equipped with the skills and confidence necessary to thrive in a fast-changing world. With a growing footprint in taxation, regulatory compliance, event hosting, and youth development, Faith is an emerging force for impact, constantly seeking opportunities to lead, innovate, and inspire.

Faith is Vice President at Emmanuel Onyeabor Tax Initiative (EOTI), where she co-directs the general administrative functions and activities of the EOTI Executive Council.
