Ephraim Eseohe Edokpa is a purpose-driven penultimate law student at the Faculty of Law of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Nigeria (ABU). He has remarkable leadership, academic, and research potential. Ephraim currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Section on Business Law (SBL) Club, ABU Chapter. He is passionate about general corporate tax and has maintained a stellar Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) that places him in the top 3% of his class. Ephraim benefits from various practical exposures to legal and tax practice, including internship stints at fast-rising Nigerian law firms where he gained valuable exposure to the practical intricacies of taxation law and policy.

Beyond his legal and academic pursuits, Ephraim is a skilled legal research writer, persuasive public speaker, and collaborative team player, who consistently drives to deliver valuable insights for legal and organizational outcomes. In 2024, Ephraim won the Yakubu Philemon SAN Moot Championship and emerged as the 1st Runner-up in the Hon. Justice Innocent Umezulike Foundation Annual National Debate Competition, among other achievements. Ephraim believes that his tax internship program at Emmanuel Onyeabor Tax Initiative (EOTI) will accelerate his global tax competency development objectives and propel him towards unprecedent heights in his growing legal and tax career.
