Adedoyin Shamsudeen Oriadetu is a Chartered Accountant and a Tax Specialist with about twenty-two (22) years of extensive cognate experience in accounting processes and technology, budget forecasting, financial reporting (including financial planning and analysis), tax accounting, and corporate tax planning.

Adedoyin is a Senior Manager (Tax) at WYZE Concepts & Associates in Lagos, Nigeria, where he (amongst other things) manages the United Kingdom (UK) and Ghana taxes compliance portfolios of reputable multinational clients covering tax filings with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in the UK and the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) with respect to value added tax, employees’ personal income tax, corporate tax, and withholding tax obligations. He was formerly a Tax Consultant at Ascension Consulting Services in Lagos, Nigeria, where he (amongst other things) provided tax specialist services to Oando Plc and the Dangote Group. Prior to that, he was a Manager (Finance & Administration) at FADC Group (Market Research/ Advert) in Lagos, Nigeria, where he (amongst other things) managed financial administration activities to achieve financial goals, including supervising and managing payroll processing and tax filing activities. He has also served as Finance Manager at Reddington Multi-specialist Hospital, Audit Senior at Harold Nwana & Co., and Financial Control Officer at Fountain Trust Bank, all in Lagos, Nigeria.

Adedoyin holds a National Diploma (OND) in Banking & Finance from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria (2002). He also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management & Cooperatives from the Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun State, Nigeria (2008). He further holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Financial Management from the Lagos State University in Nigeria (2016). Adedoyin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a certificate in International Reporting Standards (IRS) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
